For the past 10 years Wanda St-Francois has been Executive Director of Affiliated Service for Children and Youth which is an organization the provides resources , supports and professional development for Early Years Practitioners. Prior to that Ms. St-Francois has held management positions with Child Care Services in the City of Brantford and Region of Halton. Over the last 15 years Wanda has taught Early Childhood Professionals through Fanshawe College and Mohawk College and has been involved in a National Research Study investigating quality environments in Home Child Care Settings. Wanda is a graduate of Fanshawe College with a diploma in Early Childhood Teacher Education, has completed the Queens University Business Management Certificate Program for Voluntary Organizations is a Certified Municipal Manager and a Certified Early Childhood Educator.
